Essential Property Services provides clients with an 'Initial Hazard Identification Report.' Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Act 1986 and the Occupational Health, Safety and Welfare Regulations 2010, including policies guidelines and Australian Standards require that either the building owner, occupier or employer meet specific obligations to ensure a safe work environment (namely, the building and surrounds) exists for employees and visitors alike. An initial hazard identification report assists in providing a safe work environment.
